Wednesday Evening, however, is action-packed.
Starting at 7PM, The combined flutes and viols (plus our guest
continuo players) will get together and play en masse
in a sort of baroque flute/viol/etc. orchestral kind of playing.
Then, around 8:15, the groups will split up and go to their separate
rooms for strings only and flutes only sessions. Fun for the whole
family!
Thursday--7:30 PM The Faculty Recital You get the night off from playing and get to see that the faculty does, indeed, do what they tell you to do (mostly). Friday-- The Ensemble Masterclasses Yes, the ensembles that you have formed during the week will get the opportunity to play for all of the participants and ALL of the faculty gathered in one place.
